It is our policy to keep as little personal data about our customers as possible, and to keep only personal data pertaining to individuals who have expressed an interest in our wine and spirits events services.

Wine Time Events therefore keeps only names, contact details (which may include email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers) and confirmation that our customers are 18 years of age or older.  Email addresses are also kept by our GDPR compliant email newsletter platform.   Other than this, we do not share personal data we collect with any other entity, unless express written consent has been given in advance.

We keep personal data to provide customers with wine and spirits events services and to tell customers and potential customers about wine and spirits events services.  We do so only with the consent of the individuals concerned.

Unless otherwise directed, we retain personal data for two years from the date of the last event booked with us.

We do not keep bank, credit or debit card details.

You are entitled to access, and/or seek erasure of, and/or amendment of your personal data at any time.  You are also entitled to withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data at any time for any purpose.  In order to do so please contact Diana Lyalle on or 07772055928.  Or, in the event that your data is used by our email newsletter platform, please click “unsubscribe” where indicated and/or contact Diana Lyalle.

If you wish to complain about our use of your personal data, please contact Diana Lyalle on or 07772055928 in the first instance.  If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction please contact The Information Commissioner (“ICO”).  Here is the link to the ICO website:

We have public liability insurance to cover our events with Churchill Business Insurance to a maximum indemnity limit of £2million.
